We recommend equipping all hydraulic quick hitches with constant pressure on lock system. Does not require additional display etc. in the cabin or wiring, as it is a 100% mechanical solution. Requires one of these: A a double-acting hydraulic quick hitch outlet on the machine (as with normal hydraulic quick hitch) B a single-acting hydraulic circuit, as there is a locking spring inside the cylinder in the safety device. This ensures that the frontlock plate is locked, regardless of whether there is pressure on the system. The locking slide is simultaneously locked constantly by two springs. Frontlock - easy visual verification : When the locking hydraulics for the quick hitch feature on the machine are activated, the clutch always locks around the front axle of the bucket as soon as it engages the shift. The frontlock is locked with a green plate, which is easy to see from the driver‘s seat. Lock slide indicator : Mechanical red indicator shows when the hitch is unlocked. Hydraulic system : Powerful double cylinder with built-in spring that maintains constant locking pressure on the front lock. Powerful springs on locking slide on hitch. There are no hoses inside the hitch. Durability : The hitch is built with very wide contact surfaces around axles. The entire basic frame is welded together and CNC machined afterwards.
