Delivery and freight Delivery is Ex Works (Incoterms®2020), unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. If the customer wants JST to be responsible for booking and filling out documents, the product will be shipped with a carrier chosen by JST. If another carrier is requested, the customer must be responsible for booking and filling out the documents, and JST will deliver the product with delivery note attached. Shipping is always at the buyer’s expense and risk. There is a fee for shipping pallets:

By approving the order confirmation, the customer accepts the terms and conditions of sale and delivery for Maskinfabrikken JST A/S effective from 1 April 2023. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, JST reserves the right to change the delivery time if the customer does not accept the offer/order confirmation within one working day. Price All prices exclude VAT, taxes and raw material surcharges. Prices are calculated based on the standard design shown in the Seller‘s price list/catalogue. Information and prices provided by JST in this catalogue, are only of a guiding nature, which is why the customer may only rely on the content of individual offers and/or order confirmations as the basis for the delivery.
